We also stopped in the grocery store where we picked up a few things - Udon noodles, those yummy pancake-esque things stuffed with red bean paste, and seaweed for sushi. There was a giant selection of sake too. My favorite sake? Walking through the market as we made our way to Sensoji Temple in Tokyo. Someone was selling "hot sake" that was perfect for a chilly Winter day.
We decided to continue with the Japanese-themed day and make sushi for dinner. Actually, there was no "we" about it - Rob did it all. When we got married we got a sushi making kit as a gift. We finally put it to use. This was an intense process! You even cook the rice differently as you want it to stick, but not be sticky. Tricky indeed.

The finished product was perfect and delicious!!
